Wedding Planning

Some refer to this as day of coordination, month of coordination or wedding management. We work with our couples from the moment they sign the contract to help coordinate their weddings. We walk them through the planning process, create a detailed timeline, connect with the other vendors, conduct the rehearsal and reception walk through so the wedding day is smooth. We handle all of details on the wedding day from assisting each vendor to keeping the event moving along the timeline, to keep your wedding flowing as you just as envisioned it! 

In addition to being there on the day of your wedding, and a few weeks in advance, we will assist in booking additional vendors, examine your final plans with you early on, highlight potential problems, and propose solutions with time to make some meaningful changes. We can also help you manage your budget, conduct additional consultations and more. We will craft a detailed timeline, enhance creative concepts and help put the finishing touches on your wedding day. This is for the couple who has gotten started but want a little more help throughout the planning process.
